Introduced in 2005, the Montegrappa Eternal Bird was created to commemorate the 10th anniversary of Montegrappa's celebrated Dragon Limited Edition. Continuing the tradition of oriental mythology, Montegrappa paired the legendary Dragon with its traditional companion, the Eternal Bird, inspired by the mythical phoenix and its enduring symbolism of freedom, rebirth, and eternity.
Montegrappa commissioned the same artist responsible for the Dragon design to create the Eternal Bird. The intricate design was reproduced on sterling silver that overlays the pen's body using a sophisticated die-casting technique, resulting in a remarkable level of detail and dimensionality.
