Description

For your consideration, we are offering for sale this Never Inked, New Old Stock 1982 Parker 75 Fountain Pen in Brown Laque Pattern (aka Thuya) with Gold Plate Trim and 18K gold French NIB in the original Parker box. This pen was part of Parker's Laque series that was produced from 1981 to 1990. This fountain pen has never been inked and I consider it in Mint New Old Stock Condition.

I have cleaned and polished the barrel and cap to bring back the shine of the metal. This Parker 75 displays brightly and in incredibly great condition. This Parker 75 is a Brown Laque model made between 1981 to 1990 - this is the 1982 model due to the date code on the cap banding "A". This Parker 75 measures 5 1/8" capped and 5 5/8" posted.

The fountain pen cap and barrel are in magnificent condition with no dings, dents, or repairs with the slip cap always securing tightly to the barrel. The Cap Lip is stamped with, "PARKER A (date code for 1982) FRANCE". There are no monograms or personalizations to either the cap or barrel.

This Parker 75 has an ink converter filling unit and I have tested it with water and fills as it should. It is a Parker factory ink converter. The Parker 75 will also accept ink cartridges and two accompany this pen.

The pen is fitted with an 18K Fine nib and is stamped, "PARKER 750 18K FRANCE with the 18K Eagle Head and Parker Pen Arrow Assay Hallmarks". When measuring the actual tip of the 18K NIB it measures at .64mm when measuring with digital calipers. The back of the feed shows the letter "F" for Fine. The pen has never been inked so I wanted to keep it that way for the new collector.

The Parker 75 comes with a box that displays in Excellent condition. There are no ink stains and is clean. In the box comes the Parker literature, two ink cartridges, and the original box price/tag.

This Parker 75 Brown Laque Fountain Pen is beautiful and classy. These are very uncommon and a difficult model to add to one's 75 collection in New Old Stock condition. I would consider this Parker 75 to grade in Mint Condition with it never being inked. It will be hard to beat a better Parker 75 pen than this one. It is ready to write or just add to your writing arsenal collection.
