Ultrasonically cleaned the NIB, feed, and section. Hand cleaned the inside of the barrel and cap with mineral oil. Cleaned, Polished and Buffed the outside of the barrel and cap and now the gold overlay shines brightly. The pattern on this fountain pen is typically known as a Stars and Ribbon pattern. There is no gold fill loss to speak of. A very clean example.

This fountain pen is made from black hard rubber with a fancy Stars with Ribbon Cartouche gold overlay and is an Eyedropper style. There is a monogram on the barrel ribbon cartouche area that reads, "L.R.". There are no cracks, nicks or repairs to the hard rubber. This fountain pen measures 3 5/8" in length capped and 4 3/4" posted.

The NIB is a wonderfully flexible and smooth Cambridge 14K #3 NIB. The actual tip of the 14K NIB measures with a medium point of .61mm with digital calipers.
