For your consideration, we are offering for sale this Restored Circa 1932 Parker Junior DeLuxe Duofold Fountain Pen in Sea Green Pearl Celluloid. This fountain pen has been thoroughly taken apart, ultrasonically cleaned, and put back together and is now in wonderful writing condition.

I have ultrasonically cleaned the NIB, feed, and section. Replaced the old sac with a new, properly sized sac. Hand polished the Gold Filled Parker Clip, Cap Banding, and 14K Duofold NIB. Cleaned, Buffed, and Polished the barrel, blind cap and cap to bring back the vibrancy of fountain pen and to protect the Celluloid. This Parker Duofold is the Junior Deluxe Size and measures 4 3/4" capped and 6" posted.

The fountain pen cap, barrel, and blind cap are in magnificent condition with no chips, cracks or repairs. The Cap has a Gold Filled Parker Clip with PAT SEPT 5 - 16 stamped and has been polished to shine bright - it shows little wear on the high-point of the ball on the clip. The DeLuxe Cap Banding (narrow-wide-narrow) displays rich gold filled color with no wear. The barrel is clearly and crisply stamped with, "GEO. S. PARKER PARKER DUOFOLD FOUNTAIN PEN MADE IN U.S.A.". There are no monograms or personalizations to either the cap or barrel. The Sea Green Pearl is a very uncommon color and displays most excellent.

This Duofold has a button filling mechanism and I have tested with water and fills as it should. Works as it is designed to.

The Parker Duofold Deluxe NIB is 14K that writes with a fine to medium line. The actual writing portion (iridium) of the 14K Parker NIB has a medium point measuring roughly .61mm when measured with digital calipers. In the writing sample provided, the pens writes with a fine line that measures .54mm and will provide some line variation up to a medium line measuring at .68mm with medium to firm pressure when measured with digital calipers. The writing sample was done with the actual pen in the images that are listed for sale. The writing sample was used by dipping the NIB in Parker Quink Blue Ink.

Any specks of white in the images are from the cotton that I used to clean the barrel and cap.

This vintage Parker Streamline Duofold Fountain Pen is exceptional. The Sea Green Pearl celluloid and the DeLuxe cap banding you have, what I would consider, a fairly uncommon Parker example. I would consider this Parker to grade in Excellent Condition. It is ready to write or just add it to your writing arsenal collection.
