This remarkable trio remains in New Old Stock, Mint Condition, never inked, never used, and still retaining the original factory stickers. Included are the inner and outer Montblanc presentation boxes, the Agatha Christie literature booklet, International Service Certificate, Personal Service and Reply Cards—an absolutely complete ensemble. Simply put, it does not get better than this.

Launched in 1993, the Agatha Christie marked one of the earliest and most beloved releases in Montblanc’s Writers Series. Its design draws inspiration from the elegant austerity of the 1920s, the era of Dame Agatha’s literary triumphs. Each writing instrument is crafted from deep black precious resin and adorned with a sinuous 925 sterling silver snake, coiling around the cap to form the clip—its ruby-red eyes glinting with an air of mystery befitting Christie’s craft. The author’s signature is engraved on the cap, and the fountain pen’s 18K rhodium-plated nib bears the same serpent motif, a subtle homage to the suspense and sophistication of her novels.

This limited edition was produced in strictly defined numbers—30,000 fountain pens, 25,000 ballpoints, and 7,000 mechanical pencils. This set is perfectly matched, with all three sharing the identical number 00360, a true rarity among collectors. To find such a set uninked, stickered, and fully documented is almost unheard of—a genuine unicorn within the Montblanc world.

Each writing instrument is pristine, free from cracks, nicks, or repairs. The sterling silver trim gleams brilliantly, having been carefully preserved and polished. The caps secure snugly, and the resin retains its deep, glossy luster. Dimensions are as follows: the fountain pen measures 5 5/8" capped (6 3/4" posted), the ballpoint 5 3/8", and the mechanical pencil 5 5/8".

The fountain pen features Montblanc’s smooth piston-filling mechanism, fully tested with water and functioning precisely as intended. Its two-tone 18K nib—stamped “4810, 18K/750, MONTBLANC”—is a Medium point measuring approximately .77 mm by digital caliper. All writing instruments in this trio remain uninked/unused to preserve their pristine state for the next discerning collector.

Accompanying the set are the original Montblanc boxes in crisp, mint condition, along with every original document and certificate exactly as issued.
